kuyaplays Terms & Conditions

01 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The kuyaplays platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of kuyaplays or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by kuyaplays or any regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

kuyaplays reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by kuyaplays may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Minors are strictly prohibited from using kuyaplays. If kuyaplays discovers that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of kuyaplays services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You will maintain only one (1) active kuyaplays account at any time.
• You will not allow any other person to access or use your kuyaplays account.

Account Verification (KYC)

kuyaplays operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)

kuyaplays may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a regulatory requirement and not a discretionary policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kuyaplays login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify kuyaplays support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kuyaplays will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kuyaplays are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.
• Deposits are credited to your kuyaplays wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• kuyaplays does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• kuyaplays reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• kuyaplays reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

kuyaplays may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. kuyaplays reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• kuyaplays reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated systems, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

05 Gameplay Rules

All games available on kuyaplays are governed by the specific rules published for each game. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer.
• kuyaplays's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, kuyaplays reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Bets placed after the designated betting period has closed will be void.
• kuyaplays reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on kuyaplays — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong — are subject to additional sports betting rules published on the relevant betting pages. In-play bets are accepted at kuyaplays's discretion and may be suspended at any time.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuyaplays platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the kuyaplays platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the kuyaplays platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kuyaplays staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

kuyaplays reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

07 Responsible Gaming

kuyaplays is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their kuyaplays account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to kuyaplays support and take effect within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind players of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during their session.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the kuyaplays platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video — is the property of kuyaplays or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kuyaplays platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kuyaplays platform without prior written consent from kuyaplays.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kuyaplays shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the kuyaplays platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or delays caused by circumstances beyond kuyaplays's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

kuyaplays's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kuyaplays account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Termination

kuyaplays reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• kuyaplays is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• kuyaplays reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

You may close your kuyaplays account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kuyaplays's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

To initiate a dispute, players must first contact kuyaplays support in writing. kuyaplays will acknowledge the dispute within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 30 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kuyaplays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the kuyaplays platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top.
